Marshal Herridge is a Vancouver born Jazz Bassist currently residing in Montreal, Canada. He has performed with some of North America's leading jazz musicians including Andre White, Kirk MacDonald, Joe Sullivan, Kevin Dean, Al McClean, Remi Bolduc, Dave Laing, Lorne Lofsky, Peter Bernstein, John Scofield, Donny McCaslin, Dick Oatts, Pat Labarbera, Larry Goldings, Brian Dickinson amongst others. He has currently completed a masters degree in jazz performance at McGill University. His debut album Chapter One pays homage to his heroes Scott LaFaro and Paul Chambers.
Marshal Herridge est un bassiste originaire de Vancouver qui vit présentement à Montréal, Canada. Il a joué avec quelques-uns des meilleurs musiciens en Amérique du Nord incluant Andre White, Kirk MacDonald, Joe Sullivan, Kevin Dean, Al McClean, Remi Bolduc, Dave Laing, Lorne Lofsky, Peter Bernstein, John Scofield, Donny McCaslin, Dick Oatts, Pat Labarbera, Brian Dickinson entre autres. Il a récemment complété sa maîtrise en performance jazz à l’Université McGill. Il a écrit son premier album Chapter One qui rend hommage à ses héros Scott LaFaro et Paul Chambers.
